Oscar Fisher
| Native of Frederick and now living in Baldwin, MD I am a charter member of the SSBB. After an extended hiatus from my instrument since HS graduation, I began performing with the Spires Brass Band early in 1994 and subsequently with other community bands such as the Citizen's Brass Band and the Yellow Springs Concert Band. Since my change of residence in February of 2003 I have remained active in the SSBB and the FCC Jazz Ensemble, sitting in occassionally with the Citizen's Brass Band. |
